8. Bookings, Downpayments, Walk-ins, and Scheduling
The Application allows Users to submit booking requests for available services offered by DearDoll Studio. All bookings are subject to studio review, service availability, artist availability, and confirmation.
- A non-refundable reservation downpayment may be required to confirm an online booking. The exact amount depends on the selected service, estimated price, tattoo size, session requirements, and current studio payment rules. The final required amount will be shown before payment.
- Different services may have different downpayment rules, including fixed amounts, percentage-based amounts, minimum amounts, maximum caps, or no downpayment when allowed by the studio;
- All downpayments and reservation fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise approved by the studio or required by law;
- Booking requests may expire automatically if payment is not completed within the required period;
- Same-day online bookings are not allowed; Users must choose a future schedule based on studio rules;
- Walk-ins may be accommodated subject to artist and studio availability and must be recorded through the studio POS;
- Clients are expected to arrive on time. A grace period of twenty (20) minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond the grace period may be marked as no-show;
- If an appointment is marked as no-show, the downpayment or reservation fee may be forfeited and remain non-refundable;
- Multi-session services, including certain tattoos, may require multiple appointments and separate scheduling;
- Estimated prices shown in the Application are guides only and may still change after final review by the studio.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment until confirmed by the studio.

- DearDoll Studio reserves the right to require valid government-issued identification or other acceptable proof of age during on-site verification;
- If a user is found to be underage, ineligible, or to have submitted false information, the studio may refuse, cancel, or decline the tattoo appointment.
If a tattoo booking was made using false or inaccurate eligibility information and the client is later confirmed to be underage or otherwise ineligible, any applicable downpayment or reservation fee may remain non-refundable.
